Technical RTA Litigation Executive – Liverpool

A fantastic national practice with an extensive Merseyside network is currently looking to recruit a confident and talented Personal Injury Litigator (Fee Earner/Paralegal or Solicitor) to work within its technical LVI and Fraud unit. Working with a team of experienced Fee Earners in a close-knit environment, you'll become part of a dedicated and specialist team.

The practice is highly regarded for its specialist Personal Injury and insurance offerings and prides itself on providing the highest level of service to insurer clients.

What You'll Do:

• Take responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly litigated RTA claims (LVI), handling them from instruction through to completion
• Ideally possess previous experience in the LVI or Fraud arena, but strong RTA litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
• Have a good working knowledge of relevant case law and/or legislation
• Prioritise effectively and work efficiently to ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Work out of modern commercial offices, supported by the wider senior team and heads of department to progress and further your career
