We are working with a leading technology business looking to appoint a Technical Sale Manager to support growth across their Imaging and Photonics portfolio.

This is a field-based role focused on developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving design-in opportunities across a range of high-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities -Technical Sale Manager – Imaging/ Photonics - UK

* Driving new business across both existing and new customers

* Developing and converting design-in opportunities into long-term revenue

* Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order closure

* Providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers

* Building strong relationships across engineering, procurement, and senior stakeholders

* Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions

* Generating quotations, following up leads, and maintaining CRM updates

* Collaborating with suppliers and partners to support customer requirements

Skills & Experience Required - Technical Sale Manager – Imaging/ Photonics - UK

* Proven experience in technical sales or field sales engineering

* Strong knowledge of imaging technologies, ideally thermal imaging cameras

* Experience within OEM or scientific sales environments

* Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels

* Degree or higher qualification in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. Electronics, Physics, Engineering)
