Hours: Single shift pattern, Monday - Thursday 0800 – 1630 and Friday 0800 – 1530

The ROLE:
Due to progressive growth, an opportunity has become available for a Technical Sales Administrator to join our team.
In this strategically important and challenging role you will be required to:
* Provide effective and timely day to day administrative support to the existing sales team
* Answering the telephone and directing calls, dealing with customer enquiries
* Processing quotes for both new and existing customers whilst maintaining customer relations
* Have good product knowledge and be confident enough to discuss the benefits and features of our products
* Work collaboratively with other internal teams and customers to deliver the best solution for the business
The PERSON
The successful candidate will already understand the processes involved in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing.

* Team player with good communication skills and a "Can Do" attitude
* Reliability, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic
* Ability to be creative, logical, and practical with a keen interest in technology
* Must be smart and well presented
* You will be naturally hard-working results focused, and enthusiastic.
* Proficient with MS Office and have a good general telephone and computer skills
* Must be flexible in approach, willing take on other tasks and be responsive to changing demands and situations
