Technical Sales Advisor

Are you a technically-minded individual who loves solving problems and working with people? Whether you're a recent graduate or someone with hands-on technical experience, our client, an established & growing equipment supplier, offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career!

The Role:
You'll be joining a friendly and knowledgeable sales support team, where you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. This is a technical role with a strong customer service focus - you'll be:

• Handling incoming product enquiries
• Understanding technical requirements and advising on the most suitable equipment
• Preparing quotes and pricing information from technical drawings and product specifications
• Providing technical guidance over the phone, including support during equipment installation

The Person:

• No specific industry experience is required, but you'll need to demonstrate:
• A strong technical aptitude - mechanical or electrical engineering background is a big plus but very open to industry!
• The ability to understand and work from technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills - in person and over the phone
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
• A proactive, customer-first attitude
• Full UK Driving license (UK travel included)

The Package:

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
• £35,000pa
