As a Technical Sales Advisor based in our Glasgow branch, you’ll be responsible for:  

• Manage trade counter sales, handling complex technical queries and providing solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders

• Deal with customers’ requirements and ensure associated administrative processes are completed

• Conduct proactive, outbound sales calls and follow-ups to increase revenue and build the customer base

• Providing expert advice to customers on technical specifications, features, and benefits of products

• General warehouse duties

• Keep up to date with technical product information and latest products to ensure we can offer a value engineered solution

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Plumbing and heating knowledge is desirable

• Ability to resolve complex technical issues and handle challenging customer queries

• A full UK manual driving licence is advantageous but not essential
