Technical Sales Apprentice

Our client is
recruiting for a Technical Sales Apprentice to join their team in Northampton.

The Level 3 IT
Technical Sales apprenticeship programme that we are offering, will
allow you to kick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving,

The Position

Role and Responsibilities:

This
new exciting opportunity has become available for a hardworking and motivated
candidate to join a new dedicated Telecom team as a Technical Sales apprentice.
As a technical sales apprentice, duties will include:

Administration
& Marketing:

• Assisting with general
  administration duties
  
• Assistant to the MD
  
• Assisting with call
  handling
  
• Assisting with basic
  accounting
  
• Creating and
  maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  
• Research & data
  generation
  
• To create and assist in
  creation of marketing material to be sent out to customers
  
• Assisting with the
  company’s marketing activities including creation etc
  
  

Sales
& Lead Generation: 

• Assisting with sales
  activities
  
• To Sell telecommunication
  products including Mobile phones, SIMs
  
• To Sell Broadband
  products and services via lots of phone calls, emails etc
  
• Develop knowledge of
  the following to assist the sales and technical sales process

Broad Band Technologies, Products and Services

-
Base level Telecommunications

-
Digital Phone Systems

-
Mobile Phones

-
Mobile SIMS

•  To generate customer
  solutions and prepare quotations
  
• To assist in the technical
  process of the above where applicable
  
• Assist and act as
  internal technical sales for our external staff
  
• Liaise with suppliers
  and manufactures
