Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000neg + Discretionary Bonus

The role of the Technical Sales Advisor – Waterproofing Systems will involve:

* Technical Sales Advisor position supporting and selling a range of structural waterproofing systems

* The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products

* The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal teams

* Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions

* Carry out product training and answer questions for both colleagues and customers

* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

* Working closely with other Technical Sales Advisors

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Advisor – Waterproofing Systems with:

* Must have Sales experience dealing with specialist building products or closely related: liquid applied, roofing, waterproofing or a closely related product or system)

* Would be greatly beneficial to have knowledge specifically with Waterproofing Systems

* Advantageous to have a technical mind-set with the ability to understand product specifications.

* Positive telephone manor with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manor

* IT literate (Microsoft Office)

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

* Stable career history
