In this role, you'll drive sales, win new business, and build key client relationships while leading and coaching a small team. With a focus on office-based phone sales and hands-on leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's growth-with a clear path to Head of Sales within 12 months.

The Role:

• Lead the Business Development team, drive business growth, and expand the client base
• Hands-on, phone-based sales
• No travel required other than commuting, office-based role

The Person:

• Proven experience in a Sales Lead role, with a strong track record of sales growth
• Engineering/Technical Sales background ideally
• Hands-on experience in phone-based sales, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building
• Looking to progress to Head of Sales
