Role: Technical Service Delivery Manager (Technical Account Manager)
Location: London, UK - With Occasional onsite presence)
Type of role: 6 Month Contract with Potential extension
Payrate: £28 Per Hour - £32 Per Hour Inside IR35

Are you an operational leader with a solid foundation in network infrastructure and crisis management? We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary operational liaison for key Service Provider clients across Northern Europe and the UK.

What You'll Do

Drive Incident Escalations: Act as the critical point of escalation during high-priority network outages (Sev-1/Sev-2), coordinating cross-functional engineering teams to ensure rapid resolution.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust with client operations teams, keeping stakeholders informed and delivering post-incident Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
Maximize Availability: Partner with specialized technical teams and lead operational Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive continuous service improvements.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Incident Escalation, or Service Delivery within networking/telecoms.
Strong background in ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) and SLA management.
High-level understanding of routing, switching, and IP networking concepts (Cisco, Juniper, or similar ecosystems).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge technical engineering teams and client executives.If you have a strong combination of technical networking knowledge and customer-focused service delivery experience, we'd love to hear from you.
