Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Service Engineer specialised in passive fire protection to join an innovative Global Company who develop and manufacture fire, thermal, acoustic and insulation solutions for both National and Overseas Markets. The Role:
Respond to technical enquires for internal and external stakeholders regarding the design, installation and performance of the passive fire protection systems.
Engage with project management teams to address any technical queries whilst providing solutions which work to the project requirements / product specifications.
Analyse technical specifications / drawings / plans to advice product selection and relevant standards.
Record technical enquires and responses on an in-house CRM system.
