Job Description - Technical Service Manager

Technical Service Manager (Installations)

£65,000 - £80,000 + Bonus + International Travel + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Ideally Located: Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, Wimborne, Blandford Forum, Swanage, Verwood, ETC

Are you a Technical Service Manager with experience leading international teams, looking to take full ownership of a global service function within a rapidly growing engineering business?

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an international service and installation operations, where you will oversee global projects, engineer deployment, maintenance activity, and customer relationships across multiple countries.

The company are a fast-growing specialist engineering business delivering complex technical solutions and installation projects worldwide. Following significant contract wins, they are now looking for a senior leader to scale and develop their international service function.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end international installation and service operations, including budgeting, project planning, engineer deployment, customer liaison, and ongoing maintenance strategy.

This role would suit a Service Manager looking to step into a senior international leadership position with full ownership of a growing global service operation.

The Role:

Leading international installation, service, and maintenance operations
Managing budgets, engineer scheduling, and project delivery
Regular international travel and global customer liaisonThe Candidate:

Engineering background with service / operations leadership experience
Experience managing engineering teams or field service operations
Looking for a senior role with international responsibility and progression
