Technical Services Manager

A confident and highly skilled Technical Services Manager (TSM) is now needed by an established and successful Fit Out contractor.

This Technical Services Manager role is a hybrid position, and the office is in central London.

With a myriad of high-end projects varying in size and value, they are looking for an excellent communicating Technical Services Manager.

The responsibility will be for all aspects of the technical services management of commercial fit-out projects ranging from £50K to £1M plus.

The Technical Services Manager Role

The successful Technical Services Manager will review design and drawings, the project programme and support pre contract and delivery teams. You will oversee running the M&E site teams and identify project risks.

Ideally you will bring good design and build experience, with a good all-round understanding of all aspects of building services i.e. lifts, voice & data, sprinklers, AV, Security, mechanical & electrical services.

Working within a qualified and award-winning team, the Technical Services Manager will have the autonomy of leading fit out projects from conception to completion. The schemes you will be working on will be of smaller value but involve intracity and importance for your projects.

Clients will be from a mixed industry background, and variety will be involved in this position.

As the Technical Services Manager, you will be working alongside some of the most well-known end clients in their respected fields.

Clear evidence of acting as a Technical Services Manager
Construction Fit Out knowledge would be beneficial
Design & Build exposure would be good to see
Team player
Working in the Commercial & Office project space
Awareness of commercial decisions
Ability to communicate effectively.
