With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company operates across a wide range of sectors including commercial developments, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, and mission-critical data centre facilities. Due to continued growth within the UK data centre sector, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the delivery team on a major data centre project in Docklands, East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical coordination and delivery of all building services (MEP) from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. This role will act as the key technical interface between design, construction, commissioning, and client teams, ensuring all systems are fully coordinated, compliant, and delivered in line with project requirements. Working closely with project management, design consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives, the Technical Services Manager will play a critical role in driving technical assurance, resolving complex coordination issues, and ensuring seamless integration of all building services systems.
