This role will play a central part in preparing and positioning JMC Packaging for BRC accreditation, while strengthening compliance, sustainability and brand integrity across packaging and labelling.

You will be the technical lead and first point of contact for nominated packaging and labelling, working closely with suppliers, factories, retail partners and internal teams.


  :


• Leading and owning the journey towards BRC accreditation
• Managing audit and certification data, including corrective action planning
• Ensuring compliance with evolving BRC and EPR requirements
• Maintaining Product Presentation Handbooks and brand standards
• Protecting brand integrity across all packaging and labelling formats
• Supporting long-term sustainability and CSR objectives
• Consulting with retail partners and distributors across global markets
• Monitoring industry standards and legislative updates, with practical recommendations

 


We’re keen to speak with someone who brings:


• Proven exposure to BRC standards (essential)
• Experience within packaging, labelling or product development environments
• A strong understanding of end-to-end production and supply routes
• Experience managing audits and compliance frameworks
• Confidence interpreting legislation and implementing workable solutions
• The ability to work autonomously and take full ownership
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
