Technical Supervisor

Looking to strengthen your experience in a critical environment? We're currently on the look for a Technical Supervisor to join our client's maintenance team on a brilliant, critical site based in Hemel Hempstead. You'll join a well renowned, market leading company, who are well known they their high staff retention rate and for progressing their staff internally.

For the role of Technical Supervisor, you'll oversee all maintenance operations on site, book in subcontractors, quote any projects on site, allocate work to the maintenance team, report into the Account Manager, ensure that all critical systems on site are running efficiently and provide technical support to your team.

To be successful in this Technical Supervisor role, you're will need to be qualified in electrical installations / engineering (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent), at least 5 years experience in commercial building maintenance, great knowledge of critical plant equipment and experience leading / supervising engineers in a similar role.

Technical Supervisor Duties:

• Oversee a team of maintenance engineers
• Ensure your team is following PPM and Reactive maintenance schedules
• Allocate PPM schedules
• Ensure and verify current plant life cycles
• Assist the Building Services Manager in any maintenance or engineering duties
• Regular client meetings - Ensure any outstanding issues are met
• Scope out additional works for your maintenance teams
• Book in subcontractors
• Respond to any out of hours situations that may occur

Technical Supervisor Requirements:

• Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations / Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ / EAL or equivalent)
• At least 5 years experience in commercial building maintenance
• Experience as a supervisor / lead in a prior role
• A client facing attitude
• Experience in a critical - Beneficial

Salary and Package:

• £55,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
