Are you experienced in a support / administration role within a technical industry (construction, heating etc), looking to gain a lifelong skillset in a futureproof industry through technical training on energy efficiency systems?

The organisation are leading energy efficiency specialists who provide grant funded energy saving solutions to domestic properties. They are expanding into the commercial market - providing B2B solutions, as well as expanding their sales team to provide private services. With heavy government backing, they are in a huge period of growth and are looking to increase their headcount as such.

In this role, you will playing a vital part in technical support. You will be working with installer, surveyor and customer enquiries and supporting from a technical perspective - with full training on all systems provided. This role includes strong career development to help expand your skillsets.

The Role:

• Managing inbound enquiries from ranging from customers, engineers and surveyors.
• Technical support to installation team.
• Manufacturer and wholesaler communication - understanding what parts are needed and acquiring them.
• Training and support into system design.
• Calculating ECO submission and customer contributions.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in a customer facing support role within a technical environment (domestic works). (Heating, Plumbing. Construction etc).
• Excellent eye for detail and time management skills.
• IT Literate - with experience in MS Office.
• Looking to train on technical aspects of energy efficiency systems.
• Keen to join the energy market and progress your career.
