Technical Sales Advisor

Job Description

Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and customer specifications.
Identify key technical information, dimensions, requirements and application details from drawings.
Discuss technical requirements with customers and ask relevant questions to clarify their needs.
Provide clear and practical technical advice by phone and email.
Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally. 

Technical Sales Advisor

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and diagrams.
Experience working with technical products, engineering components or technical specifications.
Previous experience in technical sales, internal sales, technical support or customer service.
The ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
