Technical Support Agent - CCTV & Security Systems - Temp-to-Perm

We're recruiting for a Technical Support Agent to join a growing security technology business based in Bradford (BD7).

This office-based role will involve providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting CCTV and alarm systems, and handling inbound and outbound support calls.

What we're looking for:

Experience supporting CCTV systems (Hikvision preferred)
Knowledge of alarm and security systems
Previous technical support, helpdesk or service desk experience
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skillsWhat's on offer:

£14.00 - £17.00 per hour
Temp-to-perm opportunity
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Office-based role in Bradford (BD7)
