Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Analyst at VoiceHost Limited, located in Norwich. The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and providing guidance on product usage and features. The Technical Support Analyst will also collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs or system issues.

Salary: £28000 - £40000 depending on experience
