Technical Support Engineer

REED Engineering are assisting a global organisation in sourcing a Technical Support Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Based in the Clydebank area, this role represents an opportunity for a candidate to kickstart their career and should appeal to the following:

• Candidates with an electrical certificate who are seeking their first role in industry relevant to their qualifications
• Candidates who have worked in a hands-on role in an electrical capacity seeking a move to an office environment

As Technical Support Engineer, you will mainly be:

• Assisting customers with technical queries regarding client’s product range, mainly low-voltage circuit breakers
• Discussing customer project requirements, making product recommendations
• Upselling of more premium solutions

To be suited, we require:

• Some form of electrical qualification i.e. HNC, HND, Apprenticeship etc.
• The willingness to work in an office environment and to learn about client product range
• Full, clean driving licence
