Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our client’s team in a growing independent IT Support specialist provider in the Reading area. This role offers career progression prospects as your experience develops and a broad scope to work with a broad range of projects in areas such as cybersecurity, certifications, MS 365 and resolving server issues. The successful candidate must live close to Reading, possessing a “can do” attitude and a friendly and confident manner. Car driver essential.

Day to day responsibilities:
Providing technical support to clients and maintaining client systems – full training and coaching provided
Assisting with managing and delivering client projects
Developing and implementing IT support process and documentation
System administration and maintenance tasks
Maintaining best practice knowledge to contribute to knowledge base
