Are you from a Commercial Catering or Food Service background? Are you looking to step off the tools into a days-based role within a close-knit team known for looking after, and investing in staff?

On offer is the chance to join a small, highly specialist team in a stable Monday - Friday role where you can help the growth of a key division without sacrificing your work-life balance.

This is a great opportunity for someone already in Technical Support / Operations, or for someone on the tools looking to transition into an office based role whilst keeping a technical challenge.

In this role you will provide support to field technicians for 1st and 2nd fixes of equipment on client sites. This will involve troubleshooting and parts advisory day to day, with a view to get involved with wider projects to assist in holistic process & operational improvements, contributing to overall best practice of working.

This role suits a Commercial Catering, Food Service or White Goods Engineer looking to step off the tools whilst still having a technical challenge, being able to use and impart their knowledge

The Role:

• M-F, 40hr week
• Office based (some potential for hybrid working)
• Providing remote support to field engineers

The Person:

• knowledge of Commercial Catering, Food Service and/or White Goods equipment
• looking for a stable, office based role
• Confident with IT / Technology
