Are you a Support Engineer from an electrical / electronics background that is interested in working in a global business that is revolutionising the smart home industry?

Do you want to work with an exceptionally talented team that will invest heavily in your progression and training?

On offer is the chance to work with a global leader in the smart home and connected devices industry, that are quickly becoming the go to name in home automation.

In this role, you will be put through an extensive training program in their Austrian HQ with all your expenses paid for, then will be dealing with an already established support team to generate new leads.

The ideal candidate will be someone with an interest in tech or engineering that is driven and motivated to elevate their career and learn from the best.

THE ROLE:

• Work with the current support team
• Support the installation teams with electrical / electronics issues
• Solve basic electrical issues remotely
• Raise tickets and process them accordingly

THE PERSON:

• Technical Support experience
• GCSE level Electronics understanding
• Commutable distance to Theale
