The ideal applicant is someone who has experience across a range of tasks such as configuring IT systems, resolving support calls, dealing with technical issues, and setting up networks and cabling. You’ll be able to research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues on client and internal platforms, including server maintenance and storage technologies via an internal ticketing system. Duties:

• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.

• Build, deploy, and maintain servers and complex platforms.

• Configuring networks

• Hardware installs and cable management

• Dealing with IT support calls and handling tickets

• An ability to create virtual machines

• Installing servers, firewalls and software

• Windows/Linux installs, configuration, and administration

• Knowledge of network infrastructure
