Technical Support Specialist (Chemistry)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in product development. We're looking for someone with a strong background in Chemistry, with proven lab experience and technical support skills.

As the teams latest Technical Support specialist , you will provide support pre and post sales for customers, as well as contributing to R&D product testing environments for complex scientific equipment. You will be responsible for identifying & troubleshooting technical problems as well as resolving these issues.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with a BSc in Chemistry and several years hands on lab experience looking to try something new! If you also have any customer facing or service experience this would be a great benefit.

If you have experience in the following, we would love to hear from you:

• BSc/MSc in Chemistry
• Technical support or customer service experience
• Lab Experience & R&D Testing

You will be provided with continued training and development throughout the role. The company can also provide 25 days holiday + Pension and a competitive salary up to £33,000.
