This International Electronics Business has offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong and specialise in the design and manufacture of data loggers, smart graphic displays and custom electronic products. This company is at the forefront of this Technology and this is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an established company that's building for the future.

In the role, the successful IT Support Technician will be working on providing 1st line support for the company's products. You will respond to customer queries via telephone, email and live chat. There is no expectation for you to be highly experiences, but knowledge of Cloud and Wireless networks is essential.

The Role:
* Providing 1st line IT support on the companies product
* Responding to customer queries via the telephone, email and live chat
* Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm and Early finish on a Friday

The Person:
* Background as an 1st line IT Support Technician.
* Knowledge of Cloud and wireless networks.
