Technical Surveyor (Loading Bays) Role and Responsibilities:

• Actively uphold and encourage a strong health and safety culture by following all relevant policies and procedures.
• This role is primarily field-based, with attendance at the main office required as needed.
• Carry out comprehensive technical
• Complete post-installation quality checks and reporting
• Take full ownership of projects, overseeing all stages from initial survey through to final delivery.
• Provide training and guidance to engineering staff
• Compile accurate and thorough survey documentation to inform decisions by the Head of Department and design team.
• Offer operational support to both field engineers and administrative teams
• Deliver telephone-based assistance to the installation management team, as and when needed.
• Be available to provide hands-on, on-site support for field teams during critical phases of work.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department on surveys for large-scale or complex projects.
• Lead pre-start meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned before work begins.

Technical Surveyor (Loading Bays) Skills & Experience Required:

• Loading Bay Industry experience is essential for this role
• Installation experience of Industrial doors, docks, POD & shelter systems is essential
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to work to strict deadlines
