My client who is a leading a Pension company is looking for a Test Manager to join their team, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Keys Skills/Experience

• Lead Testing Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive test strategies, covering functional, integration, performance, and regression testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Manage and Mentor Testing Team: Provide leadership and development opportunities for a team of technical testers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative testing culture.
• Own Test Environments & Defect Management: Ensure stability and availability of test environments, while overseeing defect tracking, resolution, and continuous improvement processes.
• Drive Quality & Process Improvements: Establish standardized testing frameworks and automation strategies, with a strong focus on efficiency, risk mitigation, and process optimisation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Act as the key liaison between testing, IT, and business stakeholders, delivering clear reporting on testing progress, outcomes, and release readiness.
