My client who have ranked in the top 50 globally in their field have a exciting new role for a Technical Trainer to head up their own department. This role is the first in this area for my client, so its a true opportunity to shape the role and department as your own.

This role is to work globally and will involve Regular travel to the US!

As a Technical Trainer, you’re not new to communications and people; you’ve presented, delivered and provided solutions in a training environment, conveying your technical skills across to an audience, and thrive whilst delivering your expertise.
In this role you will represent My client with their partners to deliver the training to enable them to be successful with their products.

As a Technical Trainer you will have the following responsibilities:

You will be responsible for onsite and off-site training to different audiences such as new starters or offshore external trainers.
The trainer will help design and develop training programmes based on both my clients and their partner’s needs, providing an evaluation and recommendations at the end of all training programmes.
Face to face training will be delivered in either Leeds office & at their partner’s premises and so this role will require some travel globally.
You will be contributing to and updating courses on Products (complete portfolio) and ensuring all content is up-to-date and in line with corporate objectives and following the approved design and development process to ensure consistency in all materials and in line with our brand.
You will be proactive in maintaining and growing a strong technical awareness along with a solid commercial knowledge all enabling you to consult and deliver appropriate solutions to customers, building loyalty and rapport as you go.
You will feed back on customer requirements and enhancements to our products.
