Technical Trainer

Nixor are currently hiring for a well-known global brand who are looking to add to their training department an E-Learning developer or Technical Training role who can do Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and is able to create digital learning content for technical subjects.

Within this team, you will be creating all the new training for a wide range of blended learning solutions that will be used within the technical departments across the wider organisation, therefore a background in creating technical training would be advantageous.

Key Areas
-Creation of technical training
-Any e-learning / Digital content creation
-Working with technical SME’s on training needs analysis
-Ability to question Storyboards if definition is unclear
Knowledge of Articulate 360, ADDIE, Scorm and designing storyboards would also be beneficial.

Being able to own and contribute to various aspects of the end to end journey for the creation of technical learning solutions, and development of technical training. Able to apply previous experience and knowledge to new situations, research issues, create innovative solutions, and deliver a robust end product or service.

Experience of working with multiple stake holders at all levels to design, build and deploy technical solutions. Confident to undertake conversations with subject matter experts and work in partnership. Own and contribute to various aspects of the end to end journey for the creation of technical learning solutions, and development of technical skills.
