Technical Wealth Administrator - London (Remote working) - Salary up to £40k + bonus

THE BUSINESS

A London based independent financial planning business who aims to educate and help as many people as possible to benefit from the power of financial planning.

OPPORTUNITY

In order to support the rapid growth, the business is experiencing, they need to focus more of the existing advisers time on prospect and client meetings, and less on the preparation of client letters and client annual reports.

Therefore, need to find someone to take this work on, creating an opportunity for an experienced administrator with great knowledge to step up and develop their technical ability.

You’ll be given plenty of support from the advisers, but also plenty of freedom and will have the opportunity to work in a genuinely flexible environment - having a fantastic work/life balance is a key value of our business.

This is a highly responsible role. They are looking for a rock, someone to be part of their close-knit business, who they can trust implicitly and can build the long term future of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, ISAs, GIAs, Bonds using our bespoke highly efficient suitability report writing system

• Write annual reports for clients also using our advanced bespoke systems

• Support the advisers in preparing for and following up on client meetings

• Working closely with existing team to deliver positive outcomes for clients

• Executing transactions on provider platforms

• Assisting with general financial advice administration tasks as required
