As a Documentation Engineer/Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in documenting industry-leading software and technology for developers worldwide. At our client's organisation, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest engineers in the world, contributing to the development of complex applications and experiences. 💻✨Responsibilities: 📋Create and maintain high-quality documentation and development materials for software tools, products, and platforms.Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure accuracy and quality of content.Design, draught, and edit technical and process documentation.Provide support for multiple programming languages and development platforms.Develop code samples and sample applications as necessary.Minimum Qualifications: ✅Experience authoring complex technical documentation for engineering audiences.Proficiency in SDK or API documentation for technical users.Familiarity with markdown content formatting.Ability to interpret example code and explain it effectively.Experience using source control systems to manage and publish content.Demonstrated project ownership, management, and self-direction skills.Strong collaboration skills across teams and in meeting competing deadlines.Preferred Qualifications: 👍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English or equivalent work experience.Familiarity with game engine development (Unity, Unreal Engine), web development, or Android development.Understanding of software infrastructure concepts and technologies.Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
