Technician - Electrical and Electronic Engineering

• Location: West London
• Salary: £25,928 to £29,815 per annum including London Weighting (pro-rata for part-time posts)
• Job Type: Full-time and Part-time (1 post for 36 hours per week and 1 post for 21.6 hours per week)

We are seeking Technicians to join our client's Electrical and Electronic Engineering team. This role involves supporting both students and staff by preparing and maintaining essential equipment, demonstrating its use, and ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.

• Prepare and maintain equipment for use by lecturing staff and students in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering section.
• Demonstrate the use of equipment and support the teaching teams in delivering the curriculum.
• Supervise students in the workshop, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and good workshop practice.

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Relevant experience in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively with young people aged 16 - 19.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
