Job Description - Technischer Trainer Baumaschinen (m/w/d)

Conduct technical training sessions for customers, dealers, and internal teams on our construction machinery (e.g. excavators, cranes, wheel loaders)
Create training materials, manuals, and presentations in both German and English
Deliver hands-on training on machines as well as digital training formats (e.g. webinars)
Support knowledge transfer between the headquarters in China and European markets
Continuously analyze and improve training concepts in close collaboration with the technical and service departments

Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
Experience in training or technical instruction, ideally in the construction machinery sector
Confident and engaging communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
Solid knowledge of hydraulics, electrics/electronics, and mechanical systems of construction equipment
Proficient in both written and spoken German and English; Chinese language skills are a plus
