Your Role

Due to internal progression, we are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Technogym Teletrainer who will work as a product & wellbeing expert joining our fastest growing and most strategically focused segment of the business - Home Consumer.

The role boasts variety with a key focus on new customer attraction and training, providing premium-level of advice and suggestions to use our products and digital solutions at their best. You will support the Inside Sales team, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will also support customers in choosing the best products for their needs, answer questions about exercises, training programs and contents. At Technogym, we can provide the solutions yet we are only going to achieve "healthy people: healthy planet" if our clients have the motivation, confidence and knowledge to utilise them. 

The core activities will involve:

• Pre-sale goals and needs analysis (including face-to-face and remote demonstrations) - helping our customers identify the best solutions for their goals.


• Post-sale education - ensuring they have familiarised themselves with their purchase and have full access and understanding to our product and digital solutions availability/benefits.


• Post sale programming - where appropriate, providing programme advice to suit their goals and advice on the most appropriate Technogym App content 


• Upselling and sales opportunity identification - identifying additional content and further products/solutions and collaborating with the sales teams to maximise upon these.


• Post-sale customer satisfaction - following-up with customers to gather feedback on how we can maintain and further improve on the journey.


• Corporate Wellness - take an active part in driving the wellness lifestyle through our internal Technogym Community via our internal Corporate Wellness Programme.


• Being in contact with customers through all remote channels (phone, chat, email, video call) as well as some on-site/virtual hosting, this role would suit an expert in physical exercise, with athletic and sport preparation and experienced in home fitness product and solutions.


• Supporting the Inside Sales team, you will have a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.


• Being independent and a true team player completes the profile.

The role is based at Technogym's UK HQ in Bracknell, Berkshire (with some ad hoc travel to our London boutique in Mayfair & Harrods).

Your Impact

• Contribute to Sales Performance by achieving sales targets


• Provide pre-sales support: manage customer’s inquiries about training and products, supporting the sale process, through all channels (phone – chat – e mail).


• Carry out post-sales caring calls: contact customers in a post-purchase process to support them with products and solutions, giving them all helpful advice and suggestions on how to best use our products and ensuring an outstanding customer experience


• Promote and deliver personalized value-added premium services (remote coaching)


• Guarantee continuous training on products and training programs to the Inside Sales team


• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with the existing ones to generate new business opportunities


• Provide 100% support for the CRM tool (Salesforce) and follow Technogym Sales Methodology


• Maintain constant, up-to-date product knowledge


• Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are an achievement-driven professional, a strong team player, and with exceptional relationship skills. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to communicate remotely.

Additionally, what you should also bring:

• 3+ years' experience as Personal Trainer in a structured organization environment


• BA/BS degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology or Personal Training


• Accredited with a Professional Body such as the Register of Exercise Professionals


• As you will be in contact with customers through all remote channels (phone, chat, email, mainly), you should be an expert in physical exercise, with an athletic and sports background and experienced in home fitness product and solutions


• Open and confident with all training principles


• Knowledge of Technogym products and solutions


• Knowledge of the fitness industry


• Passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, made in Italy, art, sports and wellness lifestyle


• Evidence premium levels of customer service


• Ability to create and cultivate a network
