Senior Technologist

Lancing | £30,000–£35,000 + Profit Share + Healthcare Support Plan

Hunters’ client, a dynamic and creative product design company, is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance PRODUCT Technologist to join their fast-paced QA team in Lancing.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with globally recognised consumer brands across a wide range of fun, innovative products.

Senior Technologist What You'll Be Doing:

Manage QA for key customer accounts and ensure full product compliance
Liaise with suppliers, test houses, and internal teams to maintain high quality standards
Lead on product risk assessments, testing protocols, and critical path admin
Support and mentor QA Technologists and deputise for the Head of Compliance
Contribute to process improvements, training plans, and new market compliance

Senior Technologist What You'll Bring:

Strong technical QA background, ideally with retail or FMCG products
Confident communicator, highly organised, and detail-focused
Experience managing large accounts and working cross-functionally
Strong Excel and Office 365 skills
Proactive, positive attitude and leadership potential
