THE CHALLENGE

Your work as Technology Director is more than just managing systems; it’s about making a tangible impact on our daily operations and long-term strategic goals. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will harness your vision, leadership, and dynamic energy to guide our Technology department.

This strategic role involves the development or a secure, robust and advanced technological framework and leading initiatives to enhance our application infrastructure and market-leading capabilities, like Alfa, Salesforce, and Mulesoft.

Champion the development, implementation, and maintenance of secure, resilient technology solutions.
Shape and advance our technology strategy, staying ahead of industry trends to integrate new technologies that align with our broader business objectives.
Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and our broker network to drive the adoption of technological solutions.
Manage key relationships with technology partners and contractors, ensuring cost-effective and efficient technology operations.
Lead and inspire our technology team, aligning their efforts with our strategic vision and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
