Innovation & Technology Manager

Salary: £80,000-£90,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a well-established organisation undergoing significant investment in technology, innovation, and customer-focused digital services. As part of a growing innovation function, we're looking for an experienced Innovation & Technology Manager to help drive the delivery of key technology initiatives and support the adoption of new solutions across the business.

This is a highly visible role that blends stakeholder engagement, technology delivery, and innovation. You'll work with both UK and international stakeholders, helping to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions while ensuring existing strategic initiatives are delivered successfully.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a variety of technology and innovation projects, including:

Rolling out new digital applications used by operational and frontline teams
Supporting customer-driven technology initiatives and service enhancements
Evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities for adoption
Working with internal technology teams and third-party suppliers to deliver solutions
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
Developing presentations, business cases, and updates for leadership teams
Managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneouslyThis role is primarily focused on execution and delivery, ensuring technology initiatives move from concept through to successful implementation.

About You

Experience working with both UK and international teams
The ability to engage confidently with customers and senior business leaders
Strong organisation, planning, and project delivery capabilities

Exposure to mobile technologies, operational applications, automation, or robotics
Experience supporting technology change programmes in large, complex organisations
