Technology M&A - experienced Associate to VP - mid-market

This is a great opportunity to work on a high proportion of execution in an entrepreneurial environment and ascend into an origination capacity. You will gain responsibility for overseeing deals, manage juniors and work directly with MDs and Directors.

Responsibilities:

1. Working across the Tech sector on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions
2. Day to day management of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications
3. Industry research for both deal origination and transaction analysis
4. Valuation work and Financial modelling, including DCF and LBO analysis
5. Important and growing contribution to marketing and business development opportunities

Skills and experience required:

1. Strong education and displaying high academic achievement
2. Strong background in Tech/TMT M&A and deals to illustrate your expertise
3. You will likely be in a credible bank, boutique or professional services M&A team and seeking greater exposure and a better work/life balance
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills
5. Team player
