We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Risk & Compliance practice at Riverflex. This is a unique opportunity to develop a new capability in technology, risk, and cybersecurity consulting, with a primary focus on the UK market. 

As Risk and Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for business development, leadership, and client delivery. You will drive strategic growth, win new business, and lead high-impact engagements with top-tier clients. If you have a strong background in risk and cybersecurity consulting, a proven track record in selling security services, and a passion for building something new, we want to hear from you! 

Your Role

• Establish and expand our Risk & Compliance consulting capability from the ground up.

💼 Business Development & Client Leadership 

• Win new clients and drive business development initiatives, particularly in cybersecurity.

• Develop and pitch compelling proposals that secure consulting engagements.

🛡️ Risk, Compliance & Cybersecurity Expertise 

• Provide expert advisory on cyber strategy, security risk management, compliance frameworks (ISO27001, SOC2, NIS2), and risk governance.

What We’re Looking For 

✅ 10+ years of experience in risk and compliance consulting, cybersecurity, or technology risk management. 
✅ Proven track record in business development, securing and delivering high-value consulting engagements. 
✅ Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO27001, NIS2, SOC2, etc.). 
✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills. 
✅ Experience building consulting teams and driving growth initiatives. 
✅ Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CRISC are a plus. 
✅ UK market experience is highly preferred.
