Technology Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities:  

•  Lead client engagements, managing scope, planning, and delivery of transformation initiatives to achieve agreed outcomes and benefits.


• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and acting as the main point of contact across business and technology teams.


• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define objectives, shape solution designs, and validate alignment with business needs.


• Analyse and document current (‘as is’) business processes, systems, and data flows, collaborating with stakeholders to design and challenge improved future-state (‘to be’) processes and technology solutions.


• Gather, define, and prioritise business and system requirements through workshops, interviews, and user insights, ensuring alignment with business drivers and clear traceability to project objectives.


• Plan and manage delivery, coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing risks and issues to maintain momentum and ensure delivery success.


• Lead system and business acceptance testing, including test planning, execution, and validation of outcomes.


• Drive continuous improvement by applying best-practice delivery methods, refining business change processes, and enhancing organisational maturity in technology-enabled transformation.

About the candidate:   

• 
  

  You have completed a Bachelor’s degree (2.1 or higher) in Computer Science or in a Technology-related or Business or Management-related field

  
  


• 
  

  You bring 5+ years’ experience in consulting or client-side delivery roles within technology-enabled transformation programmes.

  
  

• You demonstrate strong engagement management capability — owning client relationships, structuring work, and leading delivery across multidisciplinary teams.


• You have a solid grounding in business analysis, including requirements definition, process mapping, and collaborating with architects, product owners, and delivery teams.


• You are confident in delivery management, able to plan, track, and report progress while maintaining focus on outcomes and value realisation.


• You are a proactive self-starter with the confidence to lead teams, make decisions, and drive progress in dynamic and complex environments.


• You communicate with clarity and impact, building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.


• You have hands-on experience applying delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, or MSP, and can tailor your approach to suit client and project needs.


• You are accountable and solution-oriented, managing competing priorities with composure and professionalism.


• You bring a customer-focused and commercially aware mindset, consistently aiming to deliver measurable business value.


• Experience in change management and adoption frameworks (e.g. ADKAR) is advantageous but not essential.
