The company a specialist multi-disciplined engineering solutions provider to the chemical, pharmaceutical, food/beverage and water/waste treatment industries. The Tekla design office is looking out for talented detailers to join the team working on a diverse range of projects across our client portfolio.

· Structural Steelwork

· Access Stairs & Ladders

· Handrailing & Flooring

· Pipework Supports

· Tank Bridges

· Modular Steelwork

· Specialist Projects

Applicant to be competent in:

Tekla Structures. Minimum of 5 years Tekla experience, including but not limited to: access structures, structural steelwork, platforms, stairs, ladders, handrailing and flooring.

The role:

· Tekla Design Draughtsperson

Key responsibilities:

· Tekla Detailing, 3D modelling and drawing creation/report BOMS.

· Liaising with Tekla Design Manager and relevant design teams.

· Producing general arrangement drawings (GAs) and 3D models from design drawings.

· Detailing fabrication drawings for in-house production.

· Site specific erection / installation drawings for company site teams.

· Ability to produce excellent standard GA's, assembly and part drawings.

· Good understanding of access structures.

· Must be able to work well as an individual or as part of a team.

· Ability to interpret designs drawings, along with site sketches.

· Able to work under pressure and meet required timescales.

· Excellent attention to detail and presentation

· Help to build good relationships with our new and existing clients.

Required skills:

· Minimum of 5 years Tekla experience, including but not limited to: access structures, structural, steelwork, platforms, balustrade and staircases.

· You should have solid experience working in the steel industry within Structural and Architectural packages (especially relevant for detailing for fabricators).
