Role: Telecoms System Engineer
Location: Brighouse
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

I'm currently working with a fantastic client in the Brighthouse area who is looking to add a Telecoms Systems Engineer to their expanding technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in telecoms, networking, and installations, who is looking for a varied and rewarding role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out electrical and telephony installations at customer sites
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hosted telephony systems
• Working with Cisco Meraki equipment
• Performing cabling and network infrastructure work
• Conducting network equipment configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• Supporting both new installations and existing infrastructure
• Engaging with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar telecoms/network engineer role
• Solid knowledge of hosted telephony systems and VoIP
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki solutions
• Strong cabling and installation background (Cat5e, Cat6, etc.)
• Ideally CCNA certified or working towards certification
• Full UK driving license (site visits required)
