Class1 Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced Telehandler Operator (s) to work across multiple construction projects.

Location: Northampton

This role is ideal for Telehandler Operator (s) who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable moving between sites for short-term assignments as project requirements change.

Essential Requirements - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T MEET THE BELOW CRITERIA

Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Ticket
Previous experience operating a telehandler on construction sites
Be able to provide working referencesKey Responsibilities

Safe and efficient operation of telehandlers on busy construction sites
Loading, unloading and distributing materials across site
Supporting site management and trades with material movements
Daily equipment checks and reporting any defects
Maintaining a safe working environment and following site procedures
Assisting with general site duties when requiredWhat We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual operators
Experience working within busy site environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
Strong awareness of site safety and lifting operations
Professional attitude and good communication skillsApplications without telehandler certification and previous construction site experience will not be considered.
