Role Overview

As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision-makers for our experienced field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data.
• Utilise effective communication skills to pique interest and create awareness about the products and services we offer.
• Gather information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Assess their qualification as potential customers using predefined criteria.
• Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads that require additional engagement.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about the products and services we offer.
• Clearly articulate key features and benefits to generate interest with potential clients.

• Proven experience in a target-driven outbound calling or sales environment (B2B preferred)
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers and control conversations effectively
• Strong objection-handling skills and resilience when working towards high-volume outreach targets
• Ability to quickly build rapport and identify customer needs through effective questioning
• Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, ensuring all data is logged accurately and consistently
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to exceed targets and earn commission
• Quick learner with the ability to confidently understand and articulate products, services, and value propositions
• Professional, positive mindset with a strong work ethic and team-oriented approach

• A competitive starting salary of £30K, increasing to £32,500 after training and £35K upon meeting KPIs. Senior roles offer £40K, with an OTE of £70K and top performers earning £100K+.
