Aquilo Recruitment is recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive to join the successful Loyalty Marketing Team of a market-leading organisation based in Hessle.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

✔️ Making outbound calls to loyalty scheme members
✔️ Building strong customer relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience
✔️ Promoting marketing campaigns, products, services, and exclusive offers
✔️ Managing customer records using Salesforce CRM while ensuring GDPR compliance
✔️ Converting warm and cold leads into sales opportunities
✔️ Supporting customer retention and loyalty initiatives
✔️ Connecting homeowners with trusted local loyalty scheme members

👤 About You

We're looking for someone who is:

✔️ A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
✔️ Experienced in customer service and passionate about helping customers
✔️ Organised, proactive, and able to manage their own workload
✔️ Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and entering data accurately
✔️ A positive team player with a willingness to learn and develop

Previous experience in telemarketing, telephone sales, Salesforce CRM, or GDPR is beneficial but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to develop your career.
