Role – Telemarketer role
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours
Capacity of role – Permanent
Salary – £28,000 - £35,000 per annum OTE.

Our client is looking to recruit for a number of commercial based applicants to join their busy and developing team.
Applicants will have worked in a communicative based role and will have good computer skills and the ability to learn and develop new skills within the team.

Main duties will include –
• Making consistent outbound calls to warm leads, follow-ups from digital campaigns, and strategic cold calling.
• Managing the complete sales journey: prospecting, following up, and closing sales through calls and emails
• Collaborating with our digital marketing team to maximise lead conversion
• Joining client meetings and prospect calls to represent their business professionally
• Learning and adapting quickly to different client products and services
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular progress reports
• Building lasting relationships that drive business growth

Candidate attributes -
• Minimum 2 years' experience in telemarketing or sales roles with regular calling responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong comprehension skills with the ability to quickly learn and discuss various industry solutions as an expert
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems
• UK driving licence and reliable transport (on-site parking provided)
• Friendly and personable approach to relationship building
