Do you love managing a team of telemarketers, although feel you've achieved your aims in your current role?

Looking for a fresh challenge and a new team?

This company is looking for people who come on board with them to feel like they're on an adventure with them.

A small team of 4 will be there for you to help train and manage. Under your guidance, they will generate business and build a strong pipeline of leads for the field sales team.

This role is all about keeping your team motivated and if you're the sort of person who loves helping your team feel the thrill of chasing the sale, this job's made for you!

You know success in looking after your customers is the key to repeat business and you love to sell the solution rather than on price!

Basic salary up to Â£35k and OTE of Â£80k+.
