Business Development Executive (Specialist Property Finance) – £30k DOE + Uncapped CommissionLocation: Hybrid (Manchester-based)
Salary: £30,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a confident and motivated sales professional ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? This is your opportunity to play a key role in driving outbound lead generation and developing strong, lasting relationships with key partners.

?? What you’ll be doing:
  • Build and manage relationships with financial intermediaries to drive new business and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Business Development Managers to support business growth objectives.
  • Promote a range of products and services to new and existing partners, contributing to overall profitability.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Execute effective contact strategies to uncover opportunities and present relevant offerings.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of product criteria and underwriting guidelines to educate partners.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and wider market trends to spot emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities are logged accurately in the CRM system to support internal reporting and visibility.
  • Uphold service standards to ensure a smooth and professional partner experience.
