Salary up to £35,000 per annum with an OTE of £40,000
THE ROLE
As an Telephone Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible:
* Lead, manage, and motivate the team to hit sales targets.
* Hold regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews.
* Coach on sales techniques and call quality.
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
* Set and monitor KPIs for calls, talk time, and appointments.
* Analyse sales data and report performance.
* Drive sales targets and personal charge of high-value opportunities.
* Monitor calls for quality and ensure compliance.
* Develop sales strategies and process improvements.
* Collaborate with other departments for a consistent customer experience.
* Deliver training and identify development opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Telephone Sales Manager will have experience:
* Previous experience within a Tele sales environment essential
* Sound Microsoft office skills particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Flexible approach
* Keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Ability to multi-task
* Initiative-taking and enthusiastic
* Excellent Team player
* Confident and assertive
